Acupuncture
Acupuncture therapy is an ancient practice that effectively supports various health and mental health conditions. By inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body, it stimulates blood flow, improves nerve conductivity, and restores balance. This holistic approach works harmoniously alongside Western medicine, enhancing overall wellness and healing.

Herbal Medicine
Traditional herbal medicine works effectively alongside acupuncture to tackle the underlying causes of illness. Utilizing natural, time tested ingredients, these herbs and formulas adhere to strict testing guidelines, ensuring their safety and efficacy. Together with acupuncture, they provide a holistic approach to healing, promoting wellness and balance in the body.

Complementary Therapy
East Asian complementary therapies can significantly enhance the effectiveness of acupuncture. Techniques such as cupping, gua sha, and acupoint injection therapy work synergistically to promote healing and well-being. By incorporating these methods, patients may experience improved results and a more comprehensive approach to their health.
"Health and wellbeing is lifelong pursuit, I definitely feel more centered, grounded and overall more healthy and balanced since starting acupuncture." Mary
"I found acupuncture to be helpful and supportive when I exhausted all my Western Medical options. Not only did I get relief from physical symptoms, but I saw improvements in sleep and mood, which was unexpected, but very welcome" Bill
"Very thorough during evaluations and treatments. Intuitive and always makes sure that the treatment is appropriate, adjusting with every session. Checks in after the treatment. Thank you!" Amber

Dr. Kay, after two decades in conventional medicine recognized the immense value of Western medicine's scientific advancements.
